How to Measure

Chest	With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape snug but not tight.
Torso	Measure from the base of your neck straight down to your natural waistline. Keep the tape comfortably snug and follow the contour of your body without pulling tight.
Sleeve	With your arm relaxed and slightly bent, measure from the center of your back at the base of the neck, across the shoulder, to the elbow and down to the wrist.
